About Chiropractic Residents - Aurora

The Integrated Clinical Practice Chiropractic Residency Program at Advocate Aurora Health focuses on the provision of portal of entry chiropractic care in integrated healthcare systems, collaborating with primary care, specialty care, and other medical and associated health providers and trainees. Our program offers advanced clinical training and educational experiences that enhance the knowledge, skill set and behaviors of Doctors of Chiropractic.

Graduates of this program will be exceptionally well prepared for a position in the fully integrated health care system environment of Advocate Health - Midwest or other healthcare systems. With clinical rotations in Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Spine, General Orthopedics, Radiology, Interventional Pain, Non Interventional Pain, Physiatry, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Integrative Medicine, residents are offered a truly unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wider variety of patient presentations and collaborative health care. The ability to learn about the roles and approaches of other disciplines, first hand through interdisciplinary rotations, builds teamwork and collaborative experiences, further expanding the residents’ capacity to function effectively within the health care community.
