Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between procrastination and preferred time of day to complete a task (night owls versus morning larks). It was hypothesized that night owls procrastinate more than morning larks. This was confirmed, but a ceiling effect was observed due to the restricted range of morningness-eveningness scores.
