About Charles M. Yablon

Professor Yablon graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University. He was a clerk to Chief Judge Irving R. Kaufman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Yablon was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and then at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Yablon is an expert in corporate mergers and acquisitions, specializing in complex deals and hostile takeovers. He has written extensively on corporate restructuring deals involving two and more companies. Professor Yablon is heavily involved in the Cardozo Data Law Initiative as an advisor to faculty and students.
