Abstract
This review of 'Sprovochnik po sistematike foraminifer paleozoya' [Reference book on the classification of Paleozoic Foraminifers] by D. M. Rauser-Chernousova, F. R. Bensh, M. V. Vdovenko, N. B. Gibshman, E. Ya. Leven, O. A. Lipina, E. A. Reitlinger, M. N. Solovieva, and I. O. Two of the authors, Rauser-Chernousova and Solovieva, died before this Reference book was published. the first part of this extensive reclassification effort, the part concerning the smaller non-endothyroid and non-fusulinoid Foraminifera by Vdovenko and other (1993), was reviewed earlier in the journal (Ross, 1994).
