About Charles McGlynn

Dr. McGlynn's current research is an interdisciplinary water supply and conservation research project with the University of San Carlos Water Resources Center, involving the study of the Carcar aquifer that underlies the second largest city in the Philippine archipelago. He is the co-developer of a patent pending, seismic shield along with Dr. Cheng Zhu of Rowan Engineering. Prototypes are currently under development.
