Joining Boise State University in 2022, Dr. Chad D. Coffman is currently an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy in the Department of Management. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Business Management both from Kansas State University. Dr. Coffman’s research has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing Insights and looks at technological opportunities in entrepreneurship, including the use of mobile telecommunications to improve entrepreneurship opportunities in developing economies. He is currently a member of the Academy of Management and the African Academy of Management.
