About Dr Chandra Gulati

Dr Gulati began his studies at the University of Delhi, India receiving his MA then continued his studies in the United Slates receiving his MS from New Mexico State University, New Mexico and his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Pennsylvania with his dissertation titled, ‘Optimal allocations of observations for selecting one among several populations’.
The University of Wollongong welcomed Dr. Gulati in 1971 to lecture in Statistics
