About Celia Bigoness

Celia Bigoness teaches in the first-year Lawyering Program at Cornell Law School.
After graduating from Yale Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal of International Law, Professor Bigoness spent seven years practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, London and Paris. Her experience includes project finance, leveraged finance, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Lawyering Program, Professor Bigoness taught Introduction to Transactional Lawyering as an Adjunct Professor at Cornell Law School in 2014-2015.
