Abstract
A number of important references have been added at the end of each of the previous chapters, together with a brief description of each one. The following are additional book-length studies, edited collections and recent journal Special Issues that are also worth consulting. The publications listed in this section have been instrumental in shaping the field of business discourse. Many of them also present empirical research that has helped to build up our current body of knowledge on how people in business organizations use language in order to get their work done.
