Abstract
 Within this qualitative study, the researcher will do the following:Describe how Instructional Rounds distributes and builds leadership capacity for all within the system.Describe how Instructional Rounds identifies areas of needing improvement within the system.Determine what strategies, skills and processes support this work.Follow up with conclusions and recommendations.
