As the Director of the Undergraduate Program in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and an instructor, I am interested in innovative teaching strategies as well as instituting curricular and advising enhancements in my department. I am currently a doctoral student in Leadership Studies and my dissertation will focus on dietetics student outcomes in BGSU's program. The study will compare the outcomes and experiences of students who graduated before curricular and advising enhancements were implemented to those currently in the program.
My research interests include innovative teaching, dietetics education, and sports nutrition. This page will highlight my published works and presentations in this area.
