About Carl Rahkonen

Carl is responsible for reference, collection development and cataloging for the Orendorff Music Library and serves as bibliographer for the Music and Art Departments.  He has taught courses in Music Bibliography, Information Literacy in World Music, and Ethnic Music and Culture. Additional professional interests include Copyright issues in the digital age.  He is a practicing musician who plays classical, popular and folk music in a variety of ensembles.  More information may be found on his personal home page.
