Abstract
Reflective practice is important in the professional development of teaching assistants and faculty. Helping facilitate the development of this practice is a responsibility of TA and faculty developers. This paper explores one program's process of developing reflective practice through the use of electronic portfolios and the benefits found in using such an approach.
