About Bryce Stephens

Bryce Stephens is an economist and Section Chief of the Compliance Analytics and Policy group in the Office of Research at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. His fields of interest include labor, discrimination, consumer finance, and statistical disclosure limitation control and methodology. Before joining the Office of Research, he served as a Senior Consultant and Manager at Bates White Economic Consulting, a Senior Research Analyst at the National Academy of Public Administration, and a Statistician at the United States Bureau of the Census. He holds both a B.S. in business and economics and an M.A. in economics from Miami University of Ohio and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
