Areas of specialty: terrorism and counter terrorism, law enforcement, women in policing, community policing, criminal investigation,crime scene management Human Rights Auditor and Ethicist. MODACE Officer (Management of Disaster and Civil Emergency), police media adviser and trainer. Former member of the United Kingdom Cadre of International Hostage Negotiators. Retired from Devon & Cornwall Constabulary after 32 years service. For his work on personal and organizational ethics he was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (London).
