Abstract
Zahedan, Iran    n=40   m=33 wks    1x day  7 days  Used Feeding Readiness Tool after PIOMI done
R= Earlier first feeding (2 days), higher % total volume, decreased LOS (3 days) * fdg readiness score widened across days of feeding! When they start with PIOMI, they “practice” correct skills and get exponentially better over time.
