About Bora Kwon

Bora Kwon Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University. Bora has an M.S. in Human Resources and Employee Relations and a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development, both from Penn State. Dr. Kwon's scholarship focuses on employee voice, work engagement and work-family balance. Her work has been published in Human Resources Management Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Proceedings and Leadership & Organization Development Journal.
