About Bolivar Perez

Bolivar Perez is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida, UCF. He has been involved in several research projects and internships since his freshman year, and is currently a Ronald E. McNair Scholar involved in an Honors in the Major Research Project in the UCF Structures Lab. 

This summer, Bolivar has accepted a position with ARCO Murray, in their new Orlando office, to serve as a Project Manager Intern. Also, Bolivar will serve as an Undergraduate Student Grader for the UCF Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering. 

Upon graduation, Bolivar aspires to obtain a graduate degree in civil engineering and an MBA. After, he plans to work in the structural design and construction industry for multiple years, and then return back to academia as a professor to inspire and guide the next generation of engineers.
