I have received my PhD from The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow Scotland. My MSc is in Man, Environment Relations from Penn State(2000), AS in Accounting from Northern VA Community College(1993) and BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State (1986). I am now an Assistant Professor of Hospitality Management in the School of Family and Consumer Sciences at Eastern Illinois University.
