Bethany is a Research Fellow 1 in the Education, Policy & Practice (EPP) Division at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), where she has worked since 2016. Prior to EPP, Bethany has worked in the International Surveys Program, Australia and the Research Division, United Kingdom.

Bethany has extensive experience working on education development projects aimed to improve systems and learning across all grade levels. Her projects include,

Through her Master of Philosophy in Education (Globalisation and International Development) at the University of Cambridge, Bethany has developed specialist research experience in Environmental Education and Climate Change Education.

Before joining ACER, Bethany worked as a Primary and Secondary classroom teacher.
