Luminescence decay in spray-pyrolyzed Cds
Solid State Communications

Abstract
We report the room temperature luminescence decay of spray pyrolyzed CdS, which is extremely similar to the luminescence decay of amorphous silicon hydrogen alloys at liquid helium temperatures. We suggest that the luminescence decay in both of these materials is due to localized electrons and holes recombining by radiative tunnelling.
