Law & Ethics of Human Rights is a journal of human rights law and its intersection with political theory and policy. Each issue focuses on one contemporary human rights dilemma that raises major legal and moral questions for ethicists, legal scholars, and policy-makers alike. Topics include multiculturalism and anti-discrimination, the use of demographic considerations to shape public policy, and international labor rights and regulations.

Edited by some of the world’s most distinguished human rights scholars, from leading international law schools such as Harvard, Princeton, and Tel Aviv University, the journal will be of interest to an audience of ethicists, policy researchers, and government practitioners, as well as law scholars.
