About Beate Gersch

I am the Coordinator of Instruction Services at University Libraries. I also serve as the subject liaison to the School of Communication and the Department of Modern Languages. My research interests lie at the intersection of media, communication and information literacy. I hold a Ph.D. in Media Studies from the University of Oregon, an M.A. in American Studies from the Freie Universitaet Berlin, and an M.L.I.S. from Kent State University.
