About Barry R. Temkin

Barry Temkin is a partner at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass in New York (moundcotton.com).  He has served as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, Co-Chair of the New York County Lawyers' Association Professional Ethics Committee, and a member of NYCLA's Futures and Derivatives Committee. His practice includes securities litigation and regulatory matters, as well as professional liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Temkin also advises lawyers and law firms in matters of professional ethics, legal malpractice, fee disputes and attorney discipline.  He is a former Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney and has extensive jury trial experience.
