Abstract

Using recent experimental data involving the b, t quarks and the new measurement of η+−/ηoo we show that the KM picture of CP violation is barely compatible with these results. Slight improvements in any of these limits could require abandonement of the KM picture as the sole source of CP nonconservation, and some of the resultant required “new physics” is discussed.
