Abstract

This article will discuss one of Ellen White's most comprehensive statements on the matter of organisation - a statement the context of which demonstrates that Ellen White was committed to the need for sound organisational principles in the church, one of which was the need for flexibility and the possibility of change, but that she did not dictate form.
