Intellectual Property is instrumental for this industry, an industry that needs timely, creative and effective counseling from professionals in the legal arena.  Guided by a re-known Fashion Law expert, participants will be brought before the essentials of this new legal discipline, will discuss what is covered under it and will hear from an experience voice, what is what clients expect from counsels when addressing this fascinating industry.  The workshop will close with an updated view of the developments of Fashion Law in Latin America.
