About Babatunde Komolafe, MD, FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Komolafe completed medical education at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Komolafe proceeded on to Michigan State University and the Borgess Medical Center where he completed fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Komolafe is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Adult Cardiology, Adult Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is currently Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Medicine. Dr. Komolafe is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. Special interests include coronary artery disease, coronary diagnostics and interventions, hemodynamic support devices, peripheral vascular disease with diagnostics and endovascular interventions, nuclear cardiology diagnostics, and general cardiology.
