•Hospitalized COVID 19 patients commonly have neurologic complications.
•Myalgias, headache, encephalopathy, and dizziness may be most common, occurring in approximately one third of patients in China, Europe, and the United States.
•Dysgeusia or anosmia commonly reported.
•Stroke, movement disorders, motor and sensory deficits, ataxia, and seizures appear uncommon.
•Neurologic complications are higher in critically ill ICU patients
