Abstract
Featured in this article (lesson plan) is Dr. Ignacio Ornelas Dr. Arias' former student pictured with a famous NFL quarterback, Joe Kapp from East Salinas. Note: Kapp is part of Dr. Arias' research project to study dementia through the design of active knowledge models due to head injuries. Dr. Ornelas headed up the naming of the football field at El Sausal Middle School in Salinas “Joe Kapp Day” on September 29, 2022.
