Anna Dulin Milholland is the Head of McLeod Business Library at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She received her MLIS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and has worked in both academic and public libraries. Her research focuses on research impact, bibliometrics, RIMS/CRIS, and library engagement in the AACSB accreditation process. Milholland is a member of the School of Business's AACSB Steering Committee, where she is the liaison for research impact and thought leadership assessment.
