Abstract

Do you want to know more about federal government information and issues like drones, government secrecy, new food and drug regulations, and scientific innovations? Discover the new access to authentic official U.S. federal government information: govinfo, https://www.govinfo.gov/. Govinfo is the new U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) beta website that will eventually replace the Federal Digital System (FDsys) public website. As it is being built, the U.S. Government Publishing Office needs your feedback to build a better system and to make sure your questions are being answered! This program will introduce govinfo with a tour and sample searches. The second part will be an interactive session and discussion with the attendees. Feedback based on this session will be sent to GPO to build a better database for official government information. Come and help improve govinfo for Indiana library needs!
