Pope Francis frequently speaks about the Pilgrim’s Rule for guiding our leadership and mentoring roles in life. It is adapted from St. Ignatius's rule, which states that the person accompanying the pilgrim must walk at his or her pace, not going on ahead, not falling behind. As Catholic educators, we are called to inspire a vision quest within the Pilgrim’s Rule based on the charism that each student receives to journey through their life.
