This chapter discusses the administrative hurdles incident to an EEOC lawsuit, EEOC as plaintiff in a sexual harassment case, discovery issues distinctive to an EEOC lawsuit, issues that arise when resolving a case with the EEOC, and the EEOC’s internal alternative dispute resolution program.
