About Andre Manov, MD, MS, FACP, CPE, MSHM

Board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology-Diabetology and Metabolism, Andre Manov, MD has been practicing for more than 23 years in the United States. Dr. Manov also has a Masters Degree from the University of Texas, Dallas in Healthcare Management.

Dr. Manov is originally from Bulgaria and is joining MountainView Medical Associates after practicing and teaching in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Dr. Manov has not only practiced medicine but has been very active in academia as part of the core faculty in the Internal Medicine Residency programs at many prestigious programs including; John Peter Smith Hospital and the University of North Texas Health Science Center, both in Fort Worth, Texas.

He is currently a professor at Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas Health Science Medical School teaching both medical residents and students. Dr. Manov has been teaching residents since 1998 and will be continuing in Southern Nevada as the Associate Program Director with the MountainView Hospital Internal Medicine Program.

Dr. Manov has been published in more than 34 scientific publications and peer review journals and has been a lead site investigator in two multi-center trials at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth which was named by Washington Monthly as the number one rated hospital in 2020.

His clinical interests include the prevention of Type II Diabetes, the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus type I and II, metabolic syndrome, and the usage of insulin pumps. Dr. Manov enjoys swimming in his free time and was a member of the Bulgarian National Swim Team.
