Abstract
The book is a leading work on the phenomenon of implicit biases that prejudice our views against other people, often in ways that we are not aware of or do not intend. Thankfully, organizations are increasingly pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion training that seeks to reveal our biases and reduce their impact in the workplace, classroom, and public settings.
