Luce Irigaray's status as one of our most influential thinkers cannot be underestimated. Mary Rawlinson's book, Engaging the World: Thinking after Irigaray, illustrates how, as philosopher and psychoanalyst, writer and activist, Irigaray has changed the course of feminist theory.
