About Andrea M. Koziol

Dr. Koziol joined the geology faculty in 1993. Originally from Massachusetts, she worked at the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park, California, Indiana University, and the College of Wooster before coming to UD. She has mentored a number of students through research in experimental mineralogy. Her research has been supported by grants from the National Science Foundation and NASA. She teaches courses in introductory geology, mineralogy, and geochemistry.
