About Amnon Lehavi

Prof. Amnon Lehavi is the Atara Kaufman Professor of Real Estate at the Radzyner School of Law, Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, and Academic Director, Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya. He currently serves (2012-2013) as the chairpserson of the Israeli Association of Private Law. Winner of the 2007 Tzeltner Prize for outstanding young legal scholar, and the 2008 & 2010 IDC Award for scholarly excellence.
Prof. Lehavi holds LL.B. and B.A. degrees from Tel-Aviv University, and LL.M. (2000) and J.S.D. (2003) degrees from Yale Law School.
Main areas of interest: property, land use, local and state government law, international economic law, and law and globalization.
