About Amir Rezaei-Bazkiaei

As a doctoral student at the University of Buffalo I began to explore the world of renewable energies where I realized my interests and skills can help me demonstrate my problem solving capabilities to the fullest. The area of waste heat minimization and process optimization for residential and commercial energy intensive processes appeals to me. To name a few, I have started expanding my knowledge of geothermal power production, Rankine cycle units, smart grids, and natural ventilation designs to diversify the range of green energy technologies which are related to my field of study.
My increasing involvement with HVAC, ground source heat pumps (GSHPs), waste heat recovery and geothermal power production literature convinced me everyday that I want to pursue my long-desired scientific/engineering career in the area of renewable energies.
