About Amir Miri

My research lies in the intersection of biomechanics, biomaterials and advanced manufacturing for biomedical devices and tissue engineering. I use bioprinting techniques and microfluidic devices to develop organ-on-chip platforms for modeling disease and pathologies, such as tumor. I am also interested in using bioprinting techniques for creating highly-functional scaffolds for biomedical engineering.
