Amine Khayati is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University, GA, United States. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Southern Illinois State University at Carbondale. Previously, he earned a Master in Finance from the University of Memphis.
His areas of research are corporate governance, executive compensation, outsourcing and ethics.
He taught and developed several finance courses at the undergraduate and graduate level in broad areas including: Corporate Finance, Investments, International Finance, Financial Institutions Management, and Capital Budgeting.
