Abstract
Amber Hoye and Fatima Cornwall, Department of World Languages, presented at the Idaho Association of Teachers of Language and Culture conference, in Pocatello, Idaho on October 7th, 2016. During the first part of their presentation titled  “A Teachers’ Toolbox: Comprehensible Input Strategies for Language Educators” the presenters and attendees shared strategies on how to achieve 90%+ target language use in their classrooms, with comprehensible input.  The second part of the presentation consisted of two task-based conversation activities in Spanish utilizing the American Council On the Teaching of Foreign Languages’ Can Do Statements.
