About Amanda Kowalski, DO

Dr. Kowalski was born in St. Louis, Missouri and is a graduate of the University of Missouri. She obtained her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University Osteopathic School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, FL where she served as Co-Chief resident in her final year.
Prior to founding PPCA, Dr. Kowalski spent 8 years working as a dedicated Hospitalist. In that role, she provided in-patient services at facilities on both the west and east coast of Florida. In addition to being a patient provider, she also serves as Internal Medicine Residency Associate Program Director at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital as well as an Internal Medicine faculty member for the NSU Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kowalski is most passionate about patient education and high quality care to help her patients better understand how preventive care, diet, exercise, and healthy habits can improve their overall health as well as chronic illnesses.
