Dr. Furiasse is Assistant Professor of Digital Humanities and Medical Humanities at Nova Southeastern University and Senior Producer of Florida 2100. She was Co-Director of the Contagion, Religion, and Cities Project at the Center for the Study of Religion and the City, Co-Host of the Assembly Podcast at the Political Theology Network, Co-Founder of the Religion, Art, and Technology Lab, and Public Fellow at Sacred Writes: Public Scholarship in Religion. Her work unfolds at the intersection of Religion, AI, and Cybernetic Medicine.
