AbstractIn this article the authors cite the work of W. R. Premo and colleagues on new SHRIMPRG U-Pb zircon from the Angel Lake orthogneiss in the East Humboldt Range, Nevada. They cite that their work reinterprets the age and origin of the rock body that formerly had been interpreted as delimiting the southwestern extent of the Archean Wyoming province based on integrated field study. They state that their work represents an important advance and offers a valid interpretation of the rock unit.
