About Alida Cantor

I am a geographer broadly interested in political ecology and the interactions between humans and the environment.  My research focuses primarily on understanding how we manage our water resources and how we could manage water better.  My work is situated in the areas of political ecology and political economy, water governance and hydropolitics, critical legal geography, and environmental justice.  I am also interested in food systems and other issues of resource management and human-environment geography.
