About Alice A Walters

Alice Walters, LMSW, MATS has over twenty-five years’ experience in social work/human services. She has an MSW from the University of Michigan, MATS from Liberty Theological Seminary, and is a doctoral student in Human Services at Walden University. She works as a non-profit consultant in fund development, marketing, social media, and grant writing. She is a frequent national conference presenter on higher education, professional development, non-profit evaluation, and faith-based research. She is co-author of “Online Teaching and Learning: Creating Communities of Practice” available on Amazon.com. She is a single mother of eight children and enjoys the outdoors with her family.
