About Alfredo Bullard González

A native of Peru, Alfredo Bullard González's own research interests are in the area of
economic regulation, bankruptcy, antitrust, contracts, torts, property, consumer protection, international trade, litigation and arbitration. He earned a law degree with honours from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He was also a Fulbright Scholar at Yale University, where he obtained a master's degree in law. He teaches civil law and economic analysis of law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and visits regularly at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina. A former head of Indecopi, Peru's competition authority, he was recently named one of the region's foremost arbitrators and mediators by the annual publication The Latin Lawyer, published by Chambers Global.
