Coherent Injection of Light into Lossy Micro-Porous Scattering Medium

Abstract

We demonstrate a possibility of efficient injection of light into scattering lossy medium by coupling to eigenchannels confined to a micro-pore. Evidence of enhanced injection past absorption length is obtained in wave-front shaping experiments.
